Admiral Heinrich is CEO of Oakleaf, a veteran-owned supply chain and software firm. A former Rear Admiral, he commanded the Navy’s global logistics system (NAVSEA, DLA, NAVSUP), overseeing $30B in operations and 25,000 personnel. His military career spanned petroleum supply, global logistics, and strategic operations across multiple commands.
